the SNEAKY chef

Yep, I am going there.  Sunshine does NOT eat veggies, unless they are well disguised in something!  She loves spinach and cheese raviolis and that is pretty much the only way I can get her to eat veggies.  Ugh. So frustrating.  She freaks if I even put any veggies on her plate.  I know, I know, I need to keep offering them to her and she will catch on at some point, right???? Ya, sure she will! So while I am waiting on bated breath for this amazing thing to happen, I am going to employ the techniques of the SNEAKY chef, Missy Chase Lapine. I am going to try making some of her recipes and as I do I will post about them here to share! I know I am NOT the only parent out there who struggles with getting their 2 year old to eat their veggies!!! We are going to start with Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins and Masterful Mac & Cheese.
