Tree Decorating 2012

Here are some higlights from decorating our tree this year. 

 

 

 

We are pleased with how it came out, all be it challenging to keep it standing with ornaments on it since we have 2 cats under a year old!!!  Hehe....

(Please note that some days Elfie shows up at Sunshines' daddys' house when she sleep over his house, but Elfie is a little camera shy there!)

Day 2 - Elfie was hanging from the rear view mirror of my car this morning!! Silly guy!


Day 3 - Elfie was hanging out in our crock of large cooking utensils.  Is he trying to tell me something?


Day 6 - Guess Elfie needed a shower!! At least he smells good and has soft skin!
 

 

Day 8 - Elfie found Sunshine's snack basket and helped himself to a package of cookies! Yummy!

Elfie Returns - 2012

Elfie returned this year on Thanksgiving Night!  He greeted us at Nunny and Papa's house! Sunshine found him sitting on Tom Turkey, holding a letter from the Big Man in the Red Suit!  The letter reminded Sunshine about Elfie and how to take good care of him.
 

Elfie also left each of us a tiny nutcrakcer ornament to start off the holiday season!  Thanks Elfie!

We are so glad you have returned Elfie!! We are so glad to see you again and can't wait to see what mischief you will get into this year! 

Diney On Ice: Celebrating 100 Years of Magic

In mid-January, Sunshine and I went to see Disney On Ice!  It was a fun show that included MANY Disney favorites - Mulan, Toy Story, Lion King, Pinocchio, Little Mermaid,  Beauty and the Beast, etc.

Park Fun - January Thaw 2012

For Christmas, Sunshine's daddy bought her a bike! We had a really warm day back in January so off to the park went!  Look at her go!  I was so proud of her!

An Evening at the Beach... in MARCH????

Mother Nature has been teasing us here in New England with some unseaonably warm tempertaures!  Once the weather bug bites me I get ansty to go to the beach.  One day after work this past week I took Sunshine and her best friend R!  It was a beautiful evening and there was hardly anyone there.

First off, here is my girl in all her cuteness scoping out a good spot to dig!

After watching this video, Sunshine said, "I want to dance like that someday. It's beautiful!"  Keep practicing Sunshine!!!  :)  So glad she can start ballet next fall!
